Last weekend we traveled to Washington, D.C. to visit the monuments and see the capital. It was an overcast day but, we still enjoyed all of the sites. It was so great to be able to tell Rylee about the significance of the monuments and memorials now that she has a broader understanding of what it means. We ate at a little deli near the White House that claimed to have the best sandwich in D.C. It wasn't half bad. We had a great time and look forward to taking another trip to check out the museums.
