This past weekend Rylee's artwork was displayed at the Gulf Coast Art Festival in downtown Pensacola. A handful of students from her school were chosen to have their artwork showcased in the festival. Rylee had 2 pieces in the show, a sculpture of a penguin and a drawing of her neighborhood. Both were fabulous and we were so proud of her being chosen. The festival featured a variety of activities for kids to participate in. One was painting on a fish and transfering the image to paper, that was interesting. Another was decorating a wooden airplane and putting it together. Rylee decorated hers and gave it to RJ. Needless to say, it didn't take long for him to break it but he had fun doing it.
