Prima Posti di Italia

Here is my first post from Italy.

This was my trip to Ercolano (Herculaneum). It is very similar to Pompeii, but in my opinion much better preserved.

Like Pompeii, buried under the eruption from Vesuvius in 79 A.D., just much better preserved.


































Those dark parts in this picture is actual wood that is still preserved from the time when this was an actual city.










Here is me in the same room as the above picture but on the other wall.
















This is me giving Ron some items that he is paying for. This was very similar to a fast food restaurant.











Here's me and the boys walking down to a courtyard by the stream running through the town. This courtyard also had a statue of "a Ceasar" in it.
