Rylee, RJ and I went to the Norfolk Harbor Fest to check it out. The weather was perfect and RJ loved the big ships. We got a bite to eat and had a nice walk through downtown as well. For more info on this festival click on the following link http://www.festeventsva.org/events.php?event=59
