Happy St. Patty's Day! We celebrated in true Irish fashion. We had a few of our friends and family over for a traditional Irish feast complete with corned beef, colecannon potatoes, Irish soda bread and of course plenty of Guinness. This is our second year really celebrating the Irish holiday this way and I think it is becoming quite a tradition in the Holihan household. Slainte!!
