Rylee's First Day of Second Grade

Rylee started second grade this year at W.H.Rhodes.
Her teacher is Ms. Gentry. I always take a picture on the first day of school and it is great to see how much she has grown. When we moved here at the end of Kindergarten, Rylee wanted to ride the bus and I was so nervous. It picks her up right in front of the house and it actually works out great. She is a great student and loves school.

RJ sees her off every morning and he waves and says "Bye Bye" even after she has left the house and the door has closed behind her. He anxiously awaits her arrival in the afternoon and if he isn't taking his nap he is right there greeting her, often with a huge hug. "Ya Ya" , he yells excitedly and then proceeds to babble loudly about the day he has had. She tries to listen and then quickly wants to move on :-)
